Vangelus Review 104 - TF2 ROTF Scattorshot

I tried using a set-bitrate of 7500kbps on this video. When I left the bitrate at its usual Automatic setting, the filesize was 1.1gb. D: With the set-bitrate it went down to 250mb.

(bear in mind, this is all at 1080p resolution too)

Hopefully if this has caused a huge loss of quality via artifacting/tearing/etc, I'll hear about it. :D
